throughout Lee Memorial Health System ushered in a more
streamlined, safer and more effective care delivery model.
The Epic EHR system is in use in all Lee Memorial Health
System hospitals and most Lee Physician Group offices. With
Epic, physicians have the ability to manage and document on
the patient’s chart electronically as well as access to
real-time documentation of tests, diagnoses and notes.
Additionally, patients are able to access their own medical
record through a secure online portal, called
Required Provider Training 2015
The MECs have
approved the ICD-10 mandatory education requirement for all
credentialed providers actively providing care in a LMHS
facility. ICD-10 is a significant hurdle for the healthcare
industry with different implications for the Ambulatory and
Inpatient settings. To prepare for the change, LMHS is
providing free ICD-10 education for all active credentialed
providers. On-line training can be accessed from any
computer, laptop or tablet with an Internet connection from
the following website:

Provider # i.e. - 01234 for both your ID and Password for
