UPDATE:
Lee
Memorial Health System is operating under normal conditions. No additional updates will
be sent or posted unless a change occurs in the weather pattern.
Staff
should plan to work normal shifts unless otherwise notified. Please use caution
and give yourself extra time when traveling.
We
appreciate everyone’s assistance and support throughout the weekend.
EXISTING ITEM:
· The Regional Cancer Center will be
closed on Monday. All other Lee Memorial Health System outpatient locations
will be open tomorrow and appointments are as scheduled.
· Payroll Timekeeping Update: Because
we will be in mostly normal operations tomorrow (Monday), payroll will now be
processed per the normal schedule. Timekeepers may enter their payroll
exceptions until the normal payroll Monday cutoff time, which is noon. Please
be sure your timekeeper receives this information.
· Lee Physician Group offices will
open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Prior appointments will be called and
rescheduled.
· All inpatient/outpatient surgeries
and outpatient procedures at any of the four hospitals will stay as scheduled.
· Tolls have been suspended on all
bridges.
· All LeeTran
service is suspended for tomorrow but will resume on Tuesday.
